Acne-Causes and Treatment

Acne is the most common skin condition. Acne occurs due to hormonal changes commonly found in teens, but adults can experience it too. Clogged pores because of the oil, bacteria, hairs, and dead skin can result in acne. Acne can be treated but it’s important to know its type. Acne can be either inflammatory or non-inflammatory. Blackheads, whiteheads, nodules are the categories of Acne. A pimple that develops under the skin, with swelling and redness is the painful one. People develop acne most likely when they hit puberty.

If the acne cannot be cured with home remedies, then it’s important to consult a dermatologist. Your skin specialist may recommend you some medications that can help you to get rid of the acnes. Acne also results in lower self-confidence, self-esteem because of their appearance. But it should be understood, especially by teens, that it is a temporary phenomenon and can be easily taken care of by following skincare tips.
